Child Safety and CSAE Standard

At Festy, we are committed to the safety and well-being of all our users, especially children. We have implemented stringent measures to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.

 

Our Commitments:

Zero Tolerance Policy: We do not tolerate any form of CSAE.

Content Monitoring: Our team actively monitors content to detect and remove any material that violates our standards.

 

Reporting Mechanisms: Users can report suspicious activities directly through the app. Currently, this can be achieved by emailing support@myfesty.io and can be found in our terms of service in app settings. Additional reporting and blocking capabilities are in the pipeline for Festy’s next release.

 

Collaboration with Authorities: We cooperate with law enforcement and report any confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities.

 

Regular Training: Our staff receives ongoing training to recognize and handle CSAE-related issues.
